No, here at Northwest upvc we do not subcontract any of are work, we have built up a highly qualified team, who we know we can rely on and the customer can rely on from start to finish.

Yes, all frames are reinforced with aluminium or steel.

•  Are Conservatory frames reinforced?

Yes, Conservatory frames are also reinforced.

•  Do you use Saftey Glass in all of your units?

Safty glass is used in all our low level glazing (Low level Glazing denotes 800mm high, effectively from floor to sill level).

• What sort of after sales service do you offer?

We have an excellent after sales service. We have our own after sales department, which deals with any enquiries the customer may have when the job is complete.

• Are you a recently established Company?

No, we have been operating from our offices and showroom for over 15years.

• What sort of roofing system do you use on your conservatories?

The roofing system which we use is Cataylst, who have been established for over 10 years and far exceed any competitors on roof line products.

• What sort of profiles are used on your windows and doors?

70mm section are the profiles used for our windows and doors and are manufactured by PLASMO, who are the largest windows and doors supplier in Europe.
