Northwest UPVC was established 15 years ago due to a niche in the market for a window and conservatory firm - who can offer a quality service through a professional team. We pushed back the boundaries and took the market to a new level insisting that all work should be handled with care and the customer and customers home should be given the uppermost respect, and unlike most firms we strived not only to meet the standard requirements but exceed them.

Many companies today sub-contract work to other firms due to pressing workloads and have to employ people who are not associated with the company. Here at NorthWest UPVC we do not believe in sub-contracting work as this can have detrimental effects on the quality of work carried out. All of our workforce from the Surveyor and bricklayer to the fitters themselves, are all fulltime staff.

Some companies today offer a service either out of the back of a van where guarantees are virtually none existent or on the other hand there are much larger firms who overlook detail due to a demanding workload, these larger firms can sometimes operate on aggressive selling tactics as they employ over zealous sales persons, who are always looking for that extra sale.

This is where Northwest UPVC comes in, for the 15 years we have been established we have been known as the local community firm, for this reason and with our friendly family policies the company is now starting to get recognised out of the local area. We find people like this business practice which we incorporate within the company, operating as a family based business we offer a service like no other, friendly, caring, and often supportive.

We have been known in the past to give advice to customers on contractual agreements with other larger firms, who have employed aggressive selling tactics and the customer has signed just to get the salesman out of there home. We offer a service with no heavy pressure tactics to pursue a sale as there is no need as are product and service speaks for itself. We offer a professionalism service with a qualified team, from start to finish we operate a friendly service from the initial phone call to providing you with your windows, doors or beautiful bright conservatory.
